Dragon wings good, rice is a little too dry. The service is always a hit or miss but it's something about STL rice that grabs ya soul and your willing to put up with anything to get what you want, all the way down to the strangers that hang around and ask for change and other things i dont have to give em. but hey they know the menu and what's going on when it's busy.
