My boyfriend and I had lunch there, and it was a lovely experience. The atmosphere was great, and the customer service was outstanding. We absolutely love Wendy's!
The milkshake was spot on. It was wonderfully thick and didn't resemble chocolate milk at all.
I’m writing this because fast food and service workers often don’t receive the appreciation they truly deserve. I sent my son to this location to pick up a mango lemonade and a strawberry lemonade for me, both without ice (I love mixing them together in a large cup!). Unfortunately, both drinks had ice. I called the restaurant, and the last person I spoke with was incredibly kind and assured me that I could come in to have them replaced whenever I wanted. When I arrived an hour later, I was greeted by a lovely young lady with long, beautiful braids who was both sweet and friendly. I chose to go inside because the drive-thru was busy. I’m not sure if they were short-staffed, but regardless, this young lady had a smile on her face and was more than happy to resolve the issue for me, all while managing both the drive-thru and the front counter. I truly appreciate her effort, especially having been in the service industry for over 30 years; it’s nice to feel appreciated now and then.
