I ordered online and it took them nearly 30 mins to make my order even though it was only one drink. It really wasn't busy so I really don't know why it took them so long. On top of that, after 20 mins. some barista asked if my name was so and so and he said he'd get started on my drink right away. 10 mins later he was finished. What is wrong with this caribou wow. The staff at this restaurant is fantastic. The coffee is exceptional. I just wish they didn't close so early. Overall, the service is amazing and the drinks are good.
The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow. The staff seem more interested in talking to each other than doing their jobs. They frequently get my orders wrong or seem unsure of what I have ordered.
Great food, minimal wait time. The food quality is consistent with other locations. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is cleaner. Surprisingly quiet, despite being near a busy intersection. Indoor seating is available.

Excellent service, good coffee, best staff Iv seen in a while.Best part is they have a sense of humor. I cannot stress enough how much I truly hate when customer service positions require you to be a robot.
