I'll never go back here. I ordered the huge and my friend ordered ochsetails. my order came without drilling and I asked for drilling and my friend got only 3 ochs for his $25 order. the short dame with a mustache at the front told us after adding more ochsen and drilling me. then the nerve had to tell us was not hatian and were no longer welcome there.

Best tasting Haitian food in New Jersey, the staff was overly accommodating and again the food was absolutely delicious!!

I am not one to write reviews, especially negative ones, but this one was the straw that broke the camels back. The terrible customer service I got from Johanne, the store manager, was unbelievable. She is so RUDE!! And she doesn't even care! I've ordered a dish with shrimp a couple of times and I only got one piece of shrimp both times. When I explained that to her, she states that groceries are expensive! I don't care if groceries are expensive, your prices are expensive! Not only that, the prices on her menu differ from the prices that you pay! When I asked her about that, she states that the prices have gone up since the time the menu was printed. Your menu prices should reflect that!! She even promised my sister credit towards her next meal because of the price discrepancy. When my sister tried purchasing her next meal with the credit the store manager Johanne promised, she flipped out on my sister saying that groceries and the rent is too expensive! This is why you can't support some Haitian businesses. They are inconsistent most of the time. Save your time, money, frustration, and patience, and go down the street towards Vauxhall to the Haitian restaurant called Neguess that has better customer service, great food, and even better prices.

Low customer service. how do they have a restaurant in maple wood and nobody speaks English? extremely unorganized and very evil holdings. save her money and time!
