Many tables were waiting for their food and had empty drinks. Frustration was evident at other tables. The owner was there as a customer and didn't pay attention to the issues. The hash browns in our order were burnt on one side. We mentioned this to the waitress, who told the owner, but no one seemed to care. The acoustics were also bad. Overall, it's not worth going back. Rating: Food 3/10, Service 1/10, Atmosphere 1/10.
