If you want to experience what the prairie might have been like before it was farmed, this is a great stop!

They offer a delicious vegan BBQ chick'n (made from soy curls), but he also willingly... read more One of the owners of the restaurant is vegan and he is the one who cooks. They offer a delicious vegan BBQ chick'n (made from soy curls), but he also willingly modified the sandwich of the day to be vegan and it was amazing. The restaurant grows a lot of their own produce and they do not use chemicals on them. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area again.

They have a vegan bbq chickn (soy curls), which is great, but he offered to be the sandwich of the day vegan and beat it out of the park. They grow a lot of the products used and do not use chemicals on them. We'll visit again when we get back to the area.
