1st. Spending over 20 minutes to order on line, slowest app to order on line at this location.Walked in to place the entire orderDefinitely need to improve customer service interaction.

November 20/23 8:25:30 PM CASIER SHIFT 2.. I ordered a small hot chocolate, I received an original blend with milk. Brought it to the cashiers attention. She gave me a hot chocolate. I asked for a receipt, but she charged me for the coffee saying that was cheaper than the hot chocolate. I simply wanted the receipt for the hot chocolate. I don’t care if it was cheaper. She argued trying to tell me it was cheaper, I was quite perplexed that she was arguing with a customer about price. The hot chocolate was cold. I asked for a refund got my refund, then went over to McDonald’s and got a hot chocolate. Terrible service. This person needs to be retrained in order to deal with the public properly . I’m not looking for a deal. All I want is a receipt for what I purchased. She made an error and tried to charge me for her error will never return to that place again.

Great place great workers specifically like this one guy named Randev great guy makes my foods and drinks really well . Hard worker and always in a good mood. He should get a PROMOTION!

This is one of the newer Tim Horton?s locations and I love how friendly and efficient the staff are here. You guys are doing a great job. I know during the holidays customer service can be very stressful so let?s remember to be kind :

What?s the use in ordering in advance only for them to say they don?t have your order? Then the manager has the nerve to tell me to call customer service for a refund before starting to walk away. Absolutely not. If they don?t have the product, they canrefund me in person. I?m not wasting anymore of my time trying to sort out their mess. Horrible service, won?t be returning.
