What really brings me back, though, is the exceptional customer service and the lovely atmosphere I experience every time I walk into the coffee shop. The baristas at the drive-thru are always exceptionally friendly too.

I ord... read more There were only two staff members working, and after waiting about ten minutes, one of the girls (she looked Latina) told me she would be with me shortly. I ordered three coffees, but they didn't have any trays for carrying them. I ended up receiving two cold coffees and one hot one. Unfortunately, the hot coffee burned my arm, and I spilled some on my shirt and pants because they didn’t put a stopper on the hot cup.
