There's a new employee named Shannon, and unfortunately, she was rude and seemed unproductive. She really needs to improve her customer service skills; during my interactions with her, she completely ignored me. The rest of the team, however, is wonderful.

When I finally got my food, it was a disappointing soggy mess, along with some stale potato mash that was inedible. This is by far the worst Wawa I've encountered in the U.S. I had to go to the nearby Wawa on RT 73 and ended up throwing the food away. I tried to go back for a refund, but a ten-car pileup caused by a poorly positioned air pump made that impossible. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this Wawa. The employees inside were openly complaining about customers, while the gas attendants seemed more interested in discussing donuts than helping anyone.

I tried to assist by pumping my own gas, as I had mentioned to him earlier, but he turned off the pump before I could even begin. To top it off, he was the only attendant at the gas pumps during the busy rush hour just before 6 PM.

After waiting for 13 minutes, I had to request a staff member to prepare my sandwich, but unfortunately, they overlooked my request and seemed too preoccupied to engage. Other customers were also waiting for their coffee, and the staff seemed indifferent to the situation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to the lack of customer service.

The sandwich was half the size it usually is—smaller even than a kid’s sandwich—and it only had about three tablespoons of tuna. I've enjoyed this sandwich many times in the past, but after this experience, I won't be ordering from this Wawa again.
