The burger was good, made with high quality ingredients. It was slightly overcooked and dry. However, the fries were excellent and I would highly recommend them. The off-putting thing for me was the robot that brought the food from the counter to the table. Maybe if it's more business, it makes sense. When the robot is loaded by an opponent who then waits a few minutes for the next customer, it just doesn't feel righ... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Smashburger:
I submitted an order cancelled by the driver. I called the restaurant for a refund, they told me I'd knock the door when I did. Door Dash said the restaurant was responsible for the refund. The manager said they'd examine me and call me back. I never heard of the manager. This makes me question the level of customer service. View all feedback.
Delicious burgers and tasty fries! There's nothing better than customizing your burger just the way you like it! There were four of us, and we all ordered different burgers—whether we chose to keep it simple or add a few extras, each one was fantastic! My taste buds were truly delighted, and the rosemary fries were an added bonus! Thank you for the amazing burger experience; we’ll definitely be back!

Love smashburger Burger!! Make sure to bring the little ones with them as they have a cat-faced robot that puts the order on the table!
It's a chain but very good. We enjoyed the brisket bacon burger a lot! I also liked the tater tots with garlic, butter, and spices.
