There were flies buzzing around inside the building and customers were complaining about long wait times. One customer mentioned waiting for two hours for a small and large fry, while another customer was ignored by the staff when asking about their wait time. This lack of customer service is causing this black-owned business to suffer. It seems like the cooks in the back are more focused on playing around and listening to music rather than getting food out to customers. I have been waiting for an hour and a half for my DoorDash customer's order, which was just a steak Philly. This restaurant really needs to improve or be shut down.

I was quoted 35-40 mins wait @540 my food wasn’t done until 729. No apology or care for long wait. These reviews obviously does not phase them.

The service was very disappointing, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. While the kitchen staff worked efficiently, the behavior of the cashier/server was unacceptable. The young woman seemed more focused on her personal phone calls than on helping customers. After receiving a text that my order was ready, I returned to the store, but instead of promptly handing me my food, she left it on the counter and continued her call. After waiting 12 minutes, she finally bagged my order and gave it to me. When I asked about the delay, she blamed a kitchen staff member for not giving her my order. This level of unprofessionalism is troubling, and I will not be coming back or recommending this place. I strongly encourage the manager to review the staff’s conduct, as poor service like this will drive customers away.

Previously, a young woman named Shay handled orders and the kitchen staff did a great job. Unfortunately, the current service is terrible. The new employees seem inexperienced, struggle to multitask, and lack basic customer service skills. I’m surprised the restaurant is still operating, but I won’t be coming back. Significant improvements are needed.
