Additionally, the bread was burnt and not toasted properly.

If you have specific preferences for your sub, the employees at this location are unwilling to accommodate those requests. It's frustrating that the Subway on County Road 81 in Maple Grove is so strict about their customization options, as this could drive customers to choose other places instead.
