all the night was nice but they put us down and ask us for a drink and this is the rest of the night. you don't keep giving us drinks. I had a drink and half an hour. it's like not existent in their service. the ladies just don't ask us for drinks through the night. it was my birthday, I want to drink and eat! you miss the alcohol gains you could benefit from. I'm back, very cooler place! I also want my drinks View all feedback.

they ranked our card for another table dinner (over double our deck) and then seemed uncomfortable with our desire that the deck refunds. with the 2-3 days until a refund come thru we sit with an additional $550 calculated. had not even offered a dessert or something as an excuse for the error. We frequently visit Rodizio, about 2-3x/month, normal days and even special occasions. My husband loves their lamb skewer and decided to celebrate our 9th anniversary here. We arrived to find the restaurant locked past our reservation time. And 10 minutes later, they started seating everyone who was waiting outside. I asked my server for a very specific kind of white wine and received something totally different. If I wasn’t versed in wine tasting, I would have just accepted it. I asked the server if it was what I ordered and she reassured me that it was; regardless I asked to check with the bartender who then reported back that they ran out of the brand I had ordered so gave me a different brand, which was a totally different kind of white wine. Again, if I wasn’t versed in wines. I asked them to be upfront with me and they agreed it was a totally different kind because they ran out of it. Why couldn’t you inform me and be honest about it?? In regard to the food, we don’t eat certain meats so chicken/fish and lamb were our only options. The gaucho was very reluctant to give us a proper piece let alone a second one and kept wanting to leave our table. We explained our dietary preferences and he ignored us. This has never happened before, the servers are usually the best we have ever encountered; very versed with customers. This was a whole different experience that really ruined our night. I would say paying that kind of money for 2 pieces of chicken, 1 fish and 1 skinny slice of lamb wasn’t worth it.
We have been here many times; food is excellent as always. I do wish though, that for the featured special, Rodizio on Fire, that they brought out the spicy options earlier and more frequently. The cayenne-cinnamon pineapple was delicious, but we did have to specifically request it a couple of times near the end of our meal before we finally started seeing the on Fire menu items come out. (This would have been around 7pm, probably; with our reservation having been for 5:30. That was the only minor disappointment; the food was so tasty I wish we had been able to enjoy the on Fire options longer. But that doesn't detract from the amazing flavor of everything else! : Already looking forward to our next visit!
