Red Lobster - Maple Grove

They were not so busy, but we only got our drinks after our salads were finished. The Cheddar beech biscuits had very little spices or cheddar and were packed very flour. When my beer arrived, it was hot, not warm or room temp, but hot. They couldn't let their valves work properly. We ordered a surf-n-turf and the small steak came with two separate halves that were different thicknesses, it should be medium, but one half was medium and the other was shoe leather. We also had the Ultimate Shrimps, it was okay. The shrimp and pasta were simply and obviously a combed or packed sauce. They got rid of the kids lobster tail menu item, not sure whether it was a supply thing or not, you have my drink and an additional $25. But we still went with a $75 bill, and we made tipping. We support all big box restaurants and they're gone now.

Great friendly customer service. The food was delicious, I had peeled the Lobster dick right out of the bowl. Broccoli was perfectly cooked, not too hard or soft.

Tonight we put our name on the waiting list. This is always a great idea saves time waiting when you arrive. Hostess Brianna was so rude!!! I can't believe she's still busy when she treats everyone I saw how she treats people around us and us. Luckily our waitress was wonderful and made the first impression we had come into the door. The food was good, but the prices have definitely risen.

Good food, a little more expensive than before, but not too bad. The biggest bummer and the main reason for the 3 star rating was that the Cheddar-Biskuit roles no longer have Cheddar in them. They were dry and not cheesy at all. Very sad!

My whole family went out to celebrate last Friday and had a fabulous time. It had been a while since we've been and the biscuits were better than remembered! The food was good, the steak was excellent for being a mainly seafood place, but the best part of the evening was our waiter, Zach F. He was very nice and personable and kept refilling our drinks when needed, and the food came out at a good time. It's seems lately that it's hard to find good service, so we wanted to give credit to a job well done! He made out experience great.
