What User doesn't like about Potbelly Sandwich Shop:
I placed an order for lunch at 11:45 and received a confirmation from Active Menus. However, I received a call at noon from Active Menus informing me that they were unable to find a driver and offered me a 50% discount if I went to pick up the order myself. It was a bit uncomfortable watching one of the workers make food and not wearing a hair net or have his hair pulled back out of the way.
I can't remember the last time they got my order correct when ordering through grubhub or doordash. The answer is always the same, they don't care. There is no quality control. Today the order had two sandwiches, a soup, and 4 drinks. They skipped a sandwich. When called, there is no option to fix it. Sorry...one person just doesn't get to eat. Done with this restaurant.
Potbelly?s has some great food. I enjoy the ambience and typically the employees at this location are pretty fun. The shakes are Phenomenal. I really like the Oreo cookies and cream shake. I would order off the secret menu ? I highly recommend the Sicilian sandwich. It is the best one there. Prices are a little higher than Subway and Jimmy John?s, but the food is tasty. They do have outdoor seating in the summers, too. They will often have some live musicians playing at this location too.

Sandwich was okay and ready in a timely manner, I think Jimmy John?s tastes a bit better for quick sandwiches.
