Our server Nikki was fantastic. We had a group of 12, and the food was served incredibly quickly—before we had even finished placing our orders, it was already arriving at our table. Everything we had was delicious, and nobody had any complaints. The dining area has been recently renovated, and the gaming area was spotless. It’s a wonderful spot for parents and kids alike. The food was absolutely delicious, but that's not the main reason we visited. The selection of games here is impressive; there’s something for everyone, including racing games, pushers, claw machines, dance games, shooters, and much more. It’s a great option for the whole family. If you're with an older crowd, you might want to begin or conclude your visit at the bar for a bit of extra fun. View all feedback.
To the birthday of daughters, all had a great time. fantastic service
Table wasn’t ready and cleaned we had to stand at the door to wait for the tables to be put together clean before we could have one and a seat. Poor customer service from receptionist
We love the food all the apps and a lot of the entrees are so good… Crave triggering! Pretzel dogs, giant Bavarian pretzel, double pepperoni flatbread, Korean sticky ribs…. YUM! All American burger and the kale Caesar salad with grilled chicken … I’m getting hungry just writing this. really anything is good. Finish it all with a double order of churros!! The arcade is great, service staff are always super friendly.BUT the one thing we don’t like and the reason why we don’t go as much as we really want to is because it is EXTREMELY LOUD! The music is blaring everywhere dining areas, arcade, EVERYWHERE! You can’t have a conversation with your family or fiends and we usually feel exhausted and hoarse by the time we leave. We would probably go once a month or more but because it’s so loud, we usually choose other places and only go about twice a year.
Poor service. Drinks took very long, almost same time as food. Forgot to bring kids meal. Hard to track anyone down to get anything. Bill took forever and was not correct. Poor quality of food and overpriced.
We came with a party of 20 and our waitress was phenomenal and was so attentive. I wish I could remember her names because she was good.
