We only received half of our order at the restaurant. We received the ice cream, but not the waffle bowls. We did pay for them and they are listed on the receipt, but they were not included in the bag. View all feedback.
I really enjoy the birthday cake remix ice cream, but I was disappointed to find that there was no brownie in it. It appeared to have been replaced with chocolate chips, and there were also no sprinkles.
My best friend specifically requested icecream for after here reception for her wedding. Cold stone made her day!

Mostly great experiences and good staff. I will still go here, this time THE HECK PUTS A BRAND NEW UNTRAINED FIRST DAY EMPLOYEE as ONLY ONE WORKING?! I had to go out with her without what I wanted. Extremely disappointed. I think this is a management problem regarding who correct, complete training, and who works when.
