Steph's Lechon Manok - Feedback

What John Davies likes about Steph's Lechon Manok:
I have eaten there a good few times , love the smell of the smoke billowing out into the street I especially like their BBQ baboy pieces on a skewer , and the pork chop is nice too . But will never eat the lechon manok unless it is a whole chicken , I don`t like chicken chopped to bits with a cleaver , can`t stand the tiny bits of bone , lol , but this is a Filipino thing , we just ask for it not to be chopped up.
