Freshly prepared dishes with fresh ingredients. Successful experimentation and research of combinations of ingredients. The really good final result!!!! Nice and welcoming place. Very friendly and prepared manager. Improvements: The temperature of the rooms is somewhat cold (many customers have compressed with their coats) and the service speed can be improved by increasing the staff in the kitchen (3 hours for a 4-course dinner). Overall, if you are not in a hurry, excellent restaurant!!!
