However, as someone who has previously worked at Wingstop, I can say that the standards at this location are quite low. I observed the staff standing around while several tickets remained unaddressed. I was told there would be an hour wait for a call-in order on a Thursday night when the place wasn’t busy at all. The staff seemed disorganized, and tickets were not being prioritized. A common saying during my time at Wingstop was "aces in their places," but it seems this location doesn’t adhere to that principle. I won’t be ordering from here again, as this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced these issues. Unless you’re okay with long wait times, I wouldn’t recommend ordering directly from this location. While Doordash seems to handle things better, ordering directly or calling ahead has been very disappointing. Please improve!

First, I noticed... read more I've had mixed experiences with Wingstop; sometimes the food is great, other times not so much. However, today was particularly disappointing. First, I noticed that I didn't receive any of the sauces I ordered and paid extra for. Then, my fries were undercooked and some weren't even cut properly. To top it off, my chicken tenders were soggy and limp. It's a shame. Just needed to vent a little—thanks for listening!
