My burrito bowl was only half full, with just a few pieces of steak, and the guacamole was all brown. Everything was cold. It was my worst experience at Chipotle. I tend to order through the app and I'm vegan. This location is clean. It's a very busy location and that's why I usually place a mobile order. On several occasions they have gotten my order wrong, but are always willing to fix it. That's important, greatcustomer service.
Every time I visit Chipotle Mexican Grill, I end up disappointed. Since my family is vegetarian, our options on the menu are already limited. This time, they were out of guacamole and had no queso available. On top of that, we ordered a large bag of chips, but it was never given to us. They've messed up our order before, and although we tried to be understanding given how busy it can get, it feels like there's no proper management in place. I'm really disappointed and have even stopped getting food from here. We won't be returning to this location again.
My chicken bowl had hardly any chicken in it. For the price I paid, I received very little.
Additionally, I noticed several people walking in to pick up their orders, and no one acknowledged them. This led to a larger issue as their food was ready, but the staff didn’t bother to ask if they needed help. It’s just unacceptable. Chipotle, the Manteca location really needs some attention. That’s just my experience.
I placed and order online.. when I went to pick up the order the soda machine was broken. They couldn’t give me a refund because it was an online order.. or just give me a different drink because the prices might be different.. then I went home and opened my bag and was missing items I paid for and the order was wrong. Very disappointing. All I was told was to call chipotle customer service…
