I tend to order through the app and I'm vegan. This location is clean. It's a very busy location and that's why I usually place a mobile order. On several occasions they have gotten my order wrong, but are always willing to fix it. That's important, greatcustomer service.

My wife overheard their conversation and thought it was some sort of management training session. While I’m unsure what kind of managers he’s aiming to develop, considering his choice of time and setting today, it seemed that a professional focus on customer experience wasn’t a top priority for him.

Great job, Carmen! My coworker and I were in line to pay when the customer in front of us struggled to use her app and took her frustration out on Carmen. However, Carmen remained professional throughout the situation! That’s what excellent customer service looks like!

If there were another Chipotle location closer to me, I would definitely choose to go there. Tonight, they had already packed away all the food and started cleaning up over an hour before their stated closing time. One of the employees mentioned they were cleaning, but claimed they could still prepare something, though they only had sofritas available. This location consistently has subpar customer service, with employees often being extremely rude. I've even tried placing online orders, only to find myself waiting 15-20 minutes past the expected pick-up time. On my last visit, the employees didn't even acknowledge the group of customers waiting for their online orders; we had to catch the attention of employees passing by. When I pay for double meat, it often seems like I get less than a single serving. They really skimp on their portions. I'm not sure what kind of training the employees are receiving or what the management is doing to address these issues!

Additionally, I noticed several people walking in to pick up their orders, and no one acknowledged them. This led to a larger issue as their food was ready, but the staff didn’t bother to ask if they needed help. It’s just unacceptable. Chipotle, the Manteca location really needs some attention. That’s just my experience.
