Wendy's - Mansfield

The staff did an excellent job of serving customer orders, especially given that there were only four people on duty. It's hard to fathom managing a restaurant with such limited staffing—these are challenging times.

The fountains were dirty, and the drinks had an odd taste, indicating that they may not have been cleaned or sanitized in a while. The restrooms were also in poor condition. Overall, I would rate the food 2 out of 5.

Literally the worst there slow disrespectful and lazy last time I went they threw all my food in a bag and when I opened the bag nons of the food was in its container it was all over the bottom of the bag NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN! if you want a good burger and good service drive over to mcdonalds on hanley road they will take care of you!

August 18, 2022 I arrived to Wendy’s at 9:54 PM and she said they were closed at 9 o’clock… Google says ya close at 10. I could’ve respected it if you said you closed everything up for the night versus lying to me and no longer responding. Bogus. I enjoy coming here any other time.

Two cars were in front of us at the drive thru. After waiting so long one did pickup their food and drove off. We sit for a long time again and just decide to drive off without paying for our order. We will never go back their again. 71 13.
