They catered an event and labeled a tray of bacon “gluten free” which was great as some guests had a gluten allergy. only after they ate the bacon did we discover the bacon tray was lined with bread! the same glutinous cinnamon bread that they used for the glutinous french toast. honestly, when it comes to food safety, how stupid can you get? Ray catered my wedding this past weekend and the food and service were amazing! I have gotten countless calls and texts that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding! 10/10 recommend!
Today, my mom ordered catering for my bridal shower and it was delicious. They were able to make the entire menu gluten-free, including the Chicken Parmesan, Meatballs, Kabobs, and Pulled Pork. Everything was delicious! Thank you.
