Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mansfield

Terrible service! I get it, walk-in counter service will take priority over, but what happens when these pickups take 25-45 minutes behind the pickup period (provided by the load) and they watch people go to order at the theke, and get their food instantly? sad that the superior, manager and generals manager are not so sharp to find out and play on their handys, like internet 60 minutes after.

Honestly the new GM was extremely friendly as well as support staff!! Feels like it’s chipotle again pre-pandemic. Food was hot and fresh and had every item!

Always ordered veggies on my bowl with no meat, decided to order chicken this time because they’ve been out of veggies everytime I came in the past month and there was a couple pieces of very undercooked chicken…health violation

Not sure how it happened but half the ingredients were missing on two burrito bowls through a mobile order. Got them refunded but definitely a let down.

I can understand a place running out of an item. I went to this place tonight at approximately 5:30pm. There was no guacamole (seriously) no peppers, no onions, no plant based chorizo. If the time was later, I'd understand it better. You need to up your ordering list!Now I know why I don't frequent this place often.
