Panera Bread - Feedback

What User likes about Panera Bread:
there is not too much to say that it has not already been said about panera, but why not add my two meanings. this place had a 'other' smell, only not that inviting fresh food smell I expected. coffee. about the same price as dieucks, to be honest, and less customizable. bagel. ok. not soft or fluffy as expected and so dry. sawn cheese didn't even help much. What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
the person who worked for the lunch today gave a great customer experience. I had two orders with panera this morning, both had problems. they accused me of the bigger drink than I asked for regular. my bagels were cold and I waited about 10 minutes for this cold in the cut bagel. I live panera, but not this place so much, not the first time unsatisfied here. View all feedback.
