The service here has become a running joke. Tonight was the 3rd time, in a row, I showed up to pick up my order and it hadn't even been put in the oven yet. With the poor customer service we have experienced with OTHER pizza companies, I wanted to give Donatos a shout out for their customer service and great food. There's been only a couple times an item didn't show up and they were very geared to making the order right. They show up with your order and employees are always very courteous.
