Some people seem to miss the fact that they serve... well, Chipotle here. Keeping that in mind, this location is quite well managed. Having lived in Columbus for ten years, I've come across plenty of these restaurants and have had a range of experiences, but this one stands out. They've consistently gotten our online orders correct and prepared on time for at least the last two years I've been ordering from here. The quality has been steadily improving as well. Everything is not only well-prepared and delicious, but I've noticed that when we order online, our meals increasingly look like they've been assembled with care. The ingredients are well-balanced and evenly distributed, making the food visually appealing. This might be due to having a little more time to focus on orders or perhaps a particularly dedicated staff. Regardless, I'm genuinely impressed with what I receive for the price. So why am I writing this now? I placed an order late last night, expecting it to be ready about 20 minutes before closing. I felt a little guilty doing this since I've worked in various service and kitchen roles before, but we all have our reasons sometimes. When I went to pick it up, I was informed that they had run out of chips. I thought, "Oh well, it was close to closing time, so it's just an extra." Not only did they quickly communicate the issue, but they also offered us free chips and queso for our next visit and still provided the queso, even though they couldn't give us chips. That’s what I call excellent customer service. Usually, people only leave reviews when something goes wrong, but I wanted to share my experience because I was genuinely pleased. Sure, they ran out of chips—things happen. What's important is how those situations are handled. After having only one issue in two years, I’d say they did a fantastic job. Thank you!
