Every time I order from Chipotle, it's a disappointing experience. They always get my order wrong or my food arrives cold. I don't understand why there is so much hype around this place. I recommend going somewhere else for a better dining option.
This was by far the worst Chipotle experience we've ever had. I initially wanted to give this location a second chance because my first visit was disappointing—the rice was undercooked and inedible. Tonight, the chips were stale and tasted like they were made ten days ago. The burrito was poorly wrapped, with only a small section of the foil holding it together, causing the entire contents to spill out. It was impossible to hold without everything falling out. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I will not be returning to this location.
