When we arrived at the restaurant (about half an hour early , the tables were already beautifully set with attention to detail, and we received a very warm and personal welcome. The large selection of exclusively homemade cakes and tarts (five in total!! was both visually and tastefully exquisite (so delicious, in fact, that I even wanted to ask for the recipes : . The owner is truly personable and very knowledgeable; you can immediately tell that she has many years of experience in the restaurant industry and that this job is her absolute passion. The lunch, which we've tried on other occasions, is also truly delicious, and you can taste that it's home cooked with dedication. True home cooking : . The ambiance is rustic, rustic, and very authentic, and there's even a hall and an outdoor seating area, making the Brauner Hirsch a perfect location for larger celebrations. Whenever we're in the area, we always enjoy stopping there highly recommended!
