The chicken vermicelli dish that I’ve always ordered is now different. Chicken tastes dry as it doesn’t come with the same delicious sauce you pour on top. Also, the side salad was served with a heap of ranch dressing on top. Quite odd when ordering Vietnamese food. You could smell the hints of cinnamon, pepper, and rich beef flavours. The meat was tender and savory, complementing the rich taste of the broth impeccably. Typically, I leave Pho broth untouched, but this one was undeniably worth savouring to the last drop. The ambiance at Viet Express added to our overall experience. The spacious and welcoming atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop for our meal. It's evident that the sisters take immense pride in their work. Okay, so the Rice Dish at Viet Express is literally everything! It's got this grilled chicken and beef situation happening that's out of this world. They've somehow managed to get that perfect smoky vibe on the outside while keeping it all tender and juicy on the inside like, how even? It's the kind of meal that's both super comforting and totally exciting at the same time Parking: The best part? Viet Express has this huge free parking lot right out front. Total game changer. Kid friendliness: So, the coolest part of hitting up Viet Express was how the owner totally went above and beyond for my fam, especially my little girl. While we were hanging around waiting for our food, the owner was all in, keeping my daughter entertained. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. We will definitely make this our go-to spot for soup, among the many delicious dishes they offer.
