Told it would be ready in 15 minut... read more Ordered by phone and it was a 10 min process to get our order correct with two different staff having to take a simple order. Told it would be ready in 15 minutes, waited over 30 min at the restaurant to only have our order incorrect. The time we got home our food was cold (it’s a 2 min drive home), we were missing items from our order and our Pho was poorly made with the chicken and beef being undercooked. The food quality has changed drastically since new management has taken over and it’s quite disappointing as this used to be one of our go to’s for great Vietnamese take out. Will be taking a break from ordering here for a lengthy time now in hopes this restaurant becomes more organized and improves their food quality.
