What Christophe Vallet doesn't like about Le Bistronomique:
Nice cozy interior. Limited choice on menu, but this is not necessarily a minus point. Ravioles au foie gras disappointed, had to double check if there was indeed foie gras inside. Cochon Iberic cooked to order but tasteless. The chef is spending a lot...of time in the restaurant, I wonder who is cooking. Nice balanced wine card with several wines available by glass. chef owner and sommelier with free hand, which is a winning combination. Eating was great and masterfully prepared. maitre d’who is also the sommelier was very attentive. Junior staff to learn a little more. a jewel in the oppositely expensive. View all feedback.
