Nice cozy interior. Limited choice on menu, but this is not necessarily a minus point. Ravioles au foie gras disappointed, had to double check if there was indeed foie gras inside. Cochon Iberic cooked to order but tasteless. The chef is spending a lot...of time in the restaurant, I wonder who is cooking. Nice balanced wine card with several wines available by glass. We travel in France a lot and have a difficult time finding restaurants with the quality, atmosphere and reputation that France should provide. This one was superb. We recommend it.
Excellent service very fast and friendly. good explanation of the menu and the wee from the sommelier. the food was very well prepared and very tasty. you could taste that the owner of the restaurant is the cook! only seasonal feed, which for. a change. we look forward to dinner in this beautiful restaurant.

My man and I had many restaurants out of the way and in Strip-Malls in the usa, but never understood why the people were so surprised to find us there, good restaurants can be everywhere and we know that! and we found le bistronomique what for a...great moment we had! they know that they were short in the co-workers in the kitchen chefs, was of themselves how they came to us! the wait staff was fast because busy but very attentive to details especially the young waiter sauce and super friendly and knowledgeable about wein the sommellier was very nice and in a funny french mood the food we had to have a amuse bouche emulsion de gazpacho et spuma fume two glasses wein, the sommelier choose for us matching our order 1 verre blanc pouilly 1 verre
