Excellent service very fast and friendly. good explanation of the menu and the wee from the sommelier. the food was very well prepared and very tasty. you could taste that the owner of the restaurant is the cook! only seasonal feed, which for. a change. we look forward to dinner in this beautiful restaurant.

My man and I had many restaurants out of the way and in Strip-Malls in the usa, but never understood why the people were so surprised to find us there, good restaurants can be everywhere and we know that! and we found le bistronomique what for a...great moment we had! they know that they were short in the co-workers in the kitchen chefs, was of themselves how they came to us! the wait staff was fast because busy but very attentive to details especially the young waiter sauce and super friendly and knowledgeable about wein the sommellier was very nice and in a funny french mood the food we had to have a amuse bouche emulsion de gazpacho et spuma fume two glasses wein, the sommelier choose for us matching our order 1 verre blanc pouilly 1 verre
Chef owner and sommelier with free hand, which is a winning combination. Eating was great and masterfully prepared. maitre d’who is also the sommelier was very attentive. Junior staff to learn a little more. a jewel in the oppositely expensive.
I waited months for this reservation, it was my birthday gift from my husband, a meal in a fine restaurant, which we have not been able to pay ourselves in years. Amuses-bouches delivered quickly while we made our decisions, children's options proposed early-on for our...7 year old which were also beautifully presented and elaborate yet perfect for a young palate. Decent yet limited wine selection, though on that note what set the uncomfortable tone for the service was the slightly aggressive announcement almost immediately by the head server that he's really a trained sommelier, yet is filling the role of the server/manager, almost as though personally frustrated with this career move and needing to distinguish himself as above...who? The customer? The backwaiter?? It's unclear what this sort of declaration is meant to accomplish, but it makes the client feel awkward and judged- old-school French service that killed the French dining scene elsewhere in the world and does nothing to help it here on home turf. Beyond the server/sommeliers's seeming snobbery, the young backwaiter was smiley,welcoming, excited about his work and by the food he served and was very attentive to timing. The food was undoubtedly of excellent quality and freshness of the raw ingredients was obvious in the taste of the dishes. Inventiveness of the recipes, presentation of the plates were all there. Execution of the cooking more than on point. Everything practically perfect (just that server that really bitters the ambiance), but the coffee at the end of the meal leaves a low end-note, unfortunately. Kimbo brand machine and pods send the message that little attention is given to the final chapter of the meal and heavily disappoints. I recommend with enthusiasm this establishment as often as possible and I dream of being able to return. What made Bistronomique a 4-star location rather than a 5-star is the price. As the name implies, it's a quasi-gastro-bistro, but the price positioning in my opinion limits the clientele to those who are more affluent, which I do not believe contributes to a dynamic dining scene in Manosque and which I also do not believe the full Bistronomique experience justifies. Nevertheless, a very good chef, delicious and fairly-portioned plates, a must-try location.
