Whataburger - Manor

I visited this restaurant at 5 PM on Sunday, November 27, 2022, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Though I don't frequent this place, each time I do, I encounter a staff that seems unprofessional and disengaged. It feels as though they're projecting their dissatisfaction onto the customers. In particular, the young man at window 2, whose name starts with an "R," was particularly rude, curt, and seemed visibly annoyed. As someone who works in customer service, I understand how important it is to maintain a positive demeanor. It's concerning enough that it makes me question whether I can trust the food served here.

This Whataburger is fairly standard, but it seems to be slipping a bit. I've received cool fries on several occasions, and the burgers have been quite dry. It used to be an easy 4-star rating, but I've been disappointed lately.

I just got home to Elgin and discovered that my fries were only half full. Why offer different sizes if you're only going to give me what you think is appropriate? My two sweet and spicy bacon burgers didn't have any bacon in them. I won’t be returning. The kids' meals came with a burger and half-filled fries too, and there were no apples or graham crackers included. What a disappointment!

Ordered a sweet spicy BACON burger meal, LARGE. received a large container of fried filled HALFWAY, no fries fell in the bag. There was no bacon on my burger which it should come with. When I unwrapped my burger it was a saucy mess and made it less thanenjoyable to eat. Just horrible quality control, we should not have to do your job and make sure our order is correct after wespecify exactly what we want. Do better!

This Whataburger is popular I see, the cars were lined up. It was a little wait, but for freshness and great fast food, my onion rings were the best. Thanks WB staff you all are awesome ???? ????
