We arrived at 12 noon, we were seated and our drinks order taken. Lunch arrived, roast brisket of beef with the largest individual Yorkshire I have ever seen and was delicious. The staff were bright and friendly. All in all a very pleasant experience. View all feedback.

Great food, although the fish and chips were boiled over
My husband and I had lunch at Haywain on Friday. We were warmly welcomed. Since our last visit there have been some new items in the menu. The Sharing plates were mainly the deep fried pickles delicious. The Adnams beer bestows fish and chips were excellent. My husband had a main dish of chicken salad bowl he loved. We were sad too full for Dessert. We have often eaten at Haywain and never disappointed.
Food was nice, service was great and the staff was very friendly. We took our one-year-old little boy for birthday and taking a child into a restaurant is always a risk as loud they will be, but they were so welcoming to our little boy. We'll be back soon.
Nice atmosphere, service very efficient and food plentiful and tasty.
