Good coffee, certainly not cheap. The deduction is that while I was served at the checkout and wanted to pay (I was the only customer at the time), another employee came and wanted to try something or do something at the checkout. From customer perspective, it would have been nice to wait two minutes until my payment process is completed.
Good service, attention and food quality good. Good place for a break or to meet. Small park right on the Starbucks and near the Water Tower.
Yesterday morning we have a coffee to take. We were very nice. Thank you to the three ladies who gave us on Wednesday morning. I can only recommend this Starbucks in Mannheim!
The service here is fantastic, the nice woman at the cash register spoke both perfect English and perfect German. She had very little accent making her easy to understand, and was very polite and friendly when taking my order. The environment was fantastic although the temperature was a bit warm, it's definitely not a deal breaker since it is pretty hot right now.
Great coffee, clean store, friendly staff!
