When we asked whether a friend could sit down for a moment to rest because he had an operation and was using crutches, we received a very unfriendly answer. We were literally scared away. Very unfriendly and inhumane staff.

The store was already very full, we are from Stuttgart and have never experienced service like this, fast, efficient and top quality. Friendly funny employees!! Definitely coming back here the next time you visit Mannheim.
