The Estragon is n... read more I was in Mannheim for a week and ate her twice....for a couple of reasons: the atmosphere and food plus the stunning view of the Rhine Review. The Estragon is nestled at the edge of the park where walkers, joggers, bikers and couples come to...enjoy the beautiful outdoors. The Estragon has ample outdoor seating and a large variety of beerwine and food. The first visit I had the mushroom soup delicious! On our second visit I had poached salmon on a potatopea mash. So good! Service is a little slow because it is always very busy, but they are polite and efficient
