We went to CAPS to celebrate a birthday...we usually go to Tulsa, but this time we decided to stay local. This was our first visit since they changed owners from Freddie's to CAPS. Our visit was unplanned because our first choice was closed on Sunday. I must say it was a great experience. We were too late for lunch and early for dinner, so we had the place pretty much to ourselves for a while.
