I highly recommend this place! The blackened gator bites are a must-try, and the salad bar is fantastic. Don't miss the Sunday buffet—it's delicious! The steaks are incredible as well. Service is great for a dine-in experience. For lunch, the price ranges from $10 to $20 per person.

We visited CAPS Steakhouse to celebrate a birthday, usually choosing spots in Tulsa, but this time we wanted to stay local. It was our first time dining here since the ownership changed from Freddie's to CAPS. I ordered the catfish dinner, which surprisingly included only one piece for $16.99. The chicken fried steak had an odd taste—almost like chemicals or dish soap—and three of us who tried it agreed. The chicken Alfredo portion was generous but didn’t have enough sauce. One person ordered a burger and said it was really good. Overall, I preferred Freddie's. On a positive note, the chocolate shakes were excellent! Our waitress did her best to address our concerns, but overall, I don’t think we’ll be coming back.

After searching for other options nearby, we discovered Caps Steakhouse and decided to try it out. Our server was excellent—very attentive and helpful despite being busy. We ordered two hamburgers and some alligator from the menu. While the hamburgers were decent, I didn’t feel they justified the $14 price. The hand-cut fries were fresh and tasty, and the mushrooms were outstanding. The alligator was a pleasant surprise, and the salad bar had a great selection. Overall, the food was enjoyable. The view was stunning, and I’m eager to return in the summer. The only drawback for me was the pricing. Our meal, which included two burgers, two beers, and tea, totaled $50. At that price, I expect nothing less than perfection.
