Was so excited to see a new spot at Manly to grab a drink a some food. I took my friend there one Monday night and we were the only ones there when we arrived. A waiter brought us a menu and then came back 1 minute later but we explained we needed another 5 minutes. That was the last we saw of the waiter. I visited this restaurant yesterday afternoon. I know that this place is new, so I am willing to give them some leeway for mistakes, but the staff definitely need more training on pronouncing menu items. The food was all delicious, but I am concerned about the long wait for meals that require very little preparation and no cooking time, especially since we were the only customers there. I am willing to give them another chance, but they might need to work out some issues. However, I would give 5 stars for the food quality.
We had a fantastic experience at Sailor Walrus in Manly thanks to Vanessa and her staff. Last Friday night, we celebrated a birthday with delicious food, great wine, and a lively atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and provided excellent service. I absolutely adore this bar - it boasts exceptional staff and delicious food. My wife Janette and I visited last night and thoroughly enjoyed our time there and once we returned home. However...
Great beer and tapas more Gluten free options would be good though
