Enjoyed popping in for a couple of drinks and some food. Great choice of authentic Jamaican food accompanied by a good range of rums. Average price of sides (plaintain crisps, $6)and mains such as jerk pork with slaw for $24.
One love this bar is full Jamaican, snacks were tasty and the cocktails were some good tings. Nice and chilled like a huge doobie
I love the atmosphere at this restaurant. It's eclectic and inviting. The drinks are reasonably priced and the cocktails are a lot of fun. I really enjoyed the jerk BBQ meats, salted fish, plantain chips with dip, and the wonderful prawns. My only letdown was that they were out of the signature dish, goat curry, on the Sunday night of a long weekend. Despite that disappointment, I still highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back again.
I thoroughly enjoyed the curry goat at this restaurant. The patties were delicious and the chicken wings were cooked perfectly. We paired the wings with some Walkerswood spicy spice, which reminded us of the Caribbean. My partner ordered the jerk pork and raved about how amazing it was. It was a treat to have a taste of Red Stripe beer again. We didn't try any cocktails, but they looked enticing. The Sound System wall of speakers added a cool vibe, especially with a DJ playing that night, getting many patrons up and dancing. Overall, a great experience with a Caribbean atmosphere.
