I even wrote... read more Dined last night and the food was amazing. However we were out for a special occasion (Birthday) and it never got acknowledged which was very poor. I even wrote this in the booking comments so the staff were aware of this. Coming from a hospitality background myself I found this very disappointing as it could of made our night that little bit more special. We also had to wait 20 minutes after we had finished our mains to be cleared, despite being told several times that we only had 90 minutes on the table. By the time we were cleared and flagged someone down it was too late to have dessert.
