We wandered down Market Lane in Manly this afternoon, sat outside in the sun and enjoyed a great drink at cured Manly. Well thought out food and wine in a great atmosphere. Always love seeing these guys. Dave
Great people, better food and wine the tastes better than an Angel crying on one's tongue! A must do for those in Manly; a must get to, for those that aren't.
So, so good. I've been thinking about it ever since I left The fondue was epic... the meats were just amazing. I've never tasted food like that in Australia usually the kind of stuff you find in Europe. Planning the next booking!
The combination of flavours particularly the soft cheese (I think it was the Coulommiers aux Truffé Camembert/Brie and the honey (what was the story on that again Anthony?!! on our plate last night were sensational!
