On the day I visited, they had two vegan cookie options, one of which was also gluten-free. I had to try both! They were incredibly sweet and gooey. The chocolate banana bread flavor was rich and dense, with a warm hint of cinnamon, though I could tell it was gluten-free due to a slight gritty texture from the flour. The lemon, blueberry, and almond cookie was more to my taste. While they are meant to be soft-centered, I felt it could have benefited from a minute or two more in the oven. They are quite pricey at $8.50 each, but they are large enough that I couldn’t finish one in a single sitting. I believe the vegan flavors rotate, so I’d love to try different options in the future.
