There’s a noticeable chalky taste, which is a common issue with many soft-serve ice creams. I’m not sure what specific ingredients are used in Sno Top's soft serve, but I suspect that the use of high fructose corn syrup in place of sugar, water instead of cream, and artificial flavors instead of real vanilla would make the ice cream more expensive. As a result, it could be less accessible for some customers.

This has made it quite challenging for my child, who has disabilities and already struggles with eating. I find this disappointing, as there's no need to cut corners like that.
