Staff was great but they had no roast beef and no buns for sandwiches. I feel like management left the employees hanging
The food we received was awful! The boneless chicken wings, which were really just chicken nuggets, were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The fries were cold and as hard as a rock, making them inedible. They offered to make us new fries, but we were worried about getting more old grease and we were almost done eating anyway. They did take a dollar off our bill, but that hardly made a difference! If the owner wants to attract more diners rather than just drinkers, he needs to hire better cooks. Additionally, the staff couldn't stay off their phones the entire time we were there. Good luck with that!
Have been here a couple times in the last few months before Maverick games. Each time the staff has not acknowledged us . Tonight we had 2 waitresses walk by our table and both waited on the table across from us. Not sure how the management is training the staff. I have also noticed them grouping around the order station when the place is full. I have not seen service this bad since the shortage of employees during covid.
