The ho... read more I used to really enjoy Panda Express in Manitowoc WI. Today, I had the worst food I have been served here. I must have received the bottom of the barrel. The honey walnut shrimp were burnt, and I mean BLACK on one side. The honey sesame chicken had a lot of tough and chewy pieces. The fried rice was tasteless. I have spent a lot of money here over the past several years, but I will not give one more dime of my hard-earned money for this garbage. I wish I could get my money back. How disappointing!! Panda Express of Manitowoc should be ashamed.

I get there at 10 and they tell me it’s a 10-15 minute wait, but I couldn’t wait that because I needed to get to work. So I asked for a refund, and was told he can’t do that. So even though they didn’t put together my order when it was supposed to be picked up and talked to very rudely was told he can’t give me a refund even though I paid for everything and have a specific time set to have the food picked up at.
