Elks Lodge - Feedback

What Steven C doesn't like about Elks Lodge:
Food was good, but the person working the bar didn 't know what simple syrup was and the lack of dairy(a staple in many cocktails) was a bit surprising considering they stocked a decent selection of liquors that go well with dairy. Ate here every Friday last summer. Been there twice this year, not good. First time waited 2 hours for our food, I think someone forgot to turn in our ticket. When we questioned the waitress(yes, she was very busy), we were told various things; the oil is too hot right now, the cook just went on break, etc. Food was finally delivered, but in the meantime every table in the place had turned over at least twice.
