We waited for over an hour for food while other tables were seated and had finished their meals before we had even got our food. We asked and was told 10mins then 20mins later it was another 10mins. When the food finally arrived the waitress spilt the plate of food over my son!!! Pasta dishes tasted microwaved!! Asked for a discount especially to cover the incident for my son and was told no and they don’t do discount!! Absolutely terrible service, food and general experience. In the end we went to the kabab shop around the corner which was amazing!!!!

It was as if we gr... read more Food was rather good, but Service was abominable. The main waitress Paola was far from sympathetic, she was rude in addressing the customers. It was as if we granted her a service by being there tonight ! Not a smile, not a kind word. Once but never again ! So disappointed. People who hate their job should leave theirs to people who really wanna work.
